Ukrainians cannot leave the territory of their country according martial law pertaining to war time in the country. The ban applies to men aged 18 to 60 and prohibits them  from crossing the state border. The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine also approved a presidential decree on general mobilization for 90 days.
